CASPS is headed by an Executive Board, which assumes the responsibility of overseeing the organization’s projects.  Members of CASPS, which include administrators, teachers, counselors, parents and community activists, share their expertise and volunteer their time working on project committees.

CASPS is a source of information, advice, and assistance.  Its professional resources are available to everyone within the public school system, including administrators, faculty members, students, and their parents.
